Tournament Keepertm Professional Maintenance

Our Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan ensures that you will always have the latest version of your licensed installation product without any additional cost during the term of the Plan. You get every new release, version, and feature enhancement for your licensed software, providing a budget-conscious way to ensure you're always using the most current technology. This is the easiest and by far the most economical way for you and your organization to keep your software investment current.

Why is a Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan a good value?

Maintenance is "upgrade insurance." The Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan includes:

  1. Access to all requested upgrades for your customized Tournament Keepertm Professional free of charge
  2. Access to technical e-mail priority developer support
  3. Protection against price increases for the duration of your plan
  4. Renewal notices sent automatically, to insure your plan against expiration

How does it work?

The initial purchase of your new Tournament Keepertm Professional license includes a Gold Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan under which you are eligible for support, upgrades and updates. The Gold Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan will expire one (1) calendar year from the initial date of your new Tournament Keepertm Professional license purchase. If you wish to continue your eligibility for these services, you must pay a renewal fee before or at the time of the expiration of your current Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan. The renewal of your annual Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan subscription will extend (for another 12 month beyond the expiration date of your current subscription) your eligibility for support, upgrades and updates.

If you choose not to renew your subscription, any requested changes to your system will be charged at the current hourly rate, with a minimum of (1) one hour charged.

Will the software I buy stop working after the year is up?

No. The licensing period is for life. Your only limit is to the charges for maintenance of your system.

What happens when I renew my Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan?

When you renew your Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan, you will be eligible for an additional 12 month's worth of free updates. The Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan is only offered in 12 month periods.

Do I have to wait until the expiration date before I can renew?

No. You may renew your Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan at any time during the year before the expiration date. No matter how far before the expiration date you renew, your existing Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan will be extended for 12 (annual) month.

Can I purchase Maintenance for more than 1 year?

Yes, Taysys Software offers Maintenance for one or two year terms.

What if I want to renew my subscription after it has expired?

Once your Maintenance period expires, any changes will be quoted at an hourly rate and the maintenance plan is available for future changes.

What if I do not renew my subscription?

There is no requirement to renew your Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan!

As part of our updates philosophy, we strongly disagree with forcing customers to pay annual maintenance on a software product when they may not need or want the new features. You can always reactivate your Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan when you feel the new features included in the update is worth paying for.

How often are updates made available?

There is no set time frame. Changes to any custom system are always done on an "as needed" basis.
